Celebrating 40 years!

The Grey Mountain Housing Society (GMHS) was formed in 1984 to provide housing to low income community members of Indigenous ancestry. We provide rent-geared-to-income housing and a selection of affordable rental housing available at fixed rents to eligible households.

The first step in applying is to complete the Rental Inquiry Form. When a suitable unit becomes available, you may be selected to submit a full application and supporting documentation including identity, rental history, and income and asset information for all occupants.
