Welcome to Grey Mountain Housing Society

Grey Mountain Housing Society (GMHS) is an Indigenous-serving housing organization that provides rent-geared-to-income and affordable rental housing to eligible households.

Eligibility is subject to applicable income limits and program requirements. Current (2026) maximum household income limits are $75,500 for 2-bedroom units and $102,500 for 3-bedroom and larger units.

To be considered for housing opportunities, please complete our Rental Inquiry Form.

Please note that GMHS does not maintain a waitlist. We consider applicants based on the fit between available units and housing needs, not on when an inquiry was submitted. If your situation changes, simply submit a new inquiry form. Updating your information will not affect your priority.

When a unit becomes available, we review inquiries and create a shortlist of households whose needs appear to be a good match. We then conduct prescreening to assess eligibility and invite selected households to view the unit. Following the viewing, interested households may be invited to submit a full application and supporting documentation.

Agencies applying on behalf of their clients may contact us directly for an application at tenant.officer@gmhousing.ca.

GMHS looks forward to welcoming you to our housing community!
